South Cape’s Red, White & Booze Pub Crawl Brings Cape Coral Together

South Cape’s Red, White & Booze Pub Crawl Brings Cape Coral Together

Some events are about the drinks. Others are about the people. South Cape’s Red, White & Booze Pub Crawl delivered both.

On Saturday evening, hundreds of locals dressed in their best red, white, and blue gathered in South Cape. They came together for one of the most anticipated Cape Coral events of the summer. From longtime residents to first-time attendees, the streets were filled with neighbors reconnecting and enjoying the night.

Guests discovered new favorites while supporting local restaurants and bars that define South Cape nightlife. The atmosphere highlighted why this Pub Crawl remains one of the top things to do in Cape Coral during summer events.

The evening began with check-in at two convenient locations. Guests received wristbands and event passports before heading to their first stop. A complimentary shuttle ran throughout the night, making it easy to move between venues. It was especially helpful when crossing Cape Coral Parkway. SCHEA also offered discounted tickets for designated drivers, helping everyone enjoy the Pub Crawl responsibly.

A Tour of South Cape

This year’s participating businesses included Seed & Bean Market, Monkey Bar Seafood & Grill, Rusty’s Raw Bar & Grill, Nevermind Awesome Bar & Eatery, Hooked Island Grill, The Dive, Back Streets Sports Bar, Dixie Roadhouse, DEK Bar, Rack’em Spirits & Times, Cruisers, and Tiki Hut Bar & Grill.

Many of these restaurants are long-standing staples in South Cape. Others continue to grow their reputation through Cape Coral events like this Pub Crawl. That mix is what keeps the area’s nightlife scene fresh and exciting.

Each stop featured a unique appetizer and drink pairing. Every business had the chance to showcase its personality and creativity. If you’re looking for things to do in Cape Coral, events like this are a great way to explore the local dining and nightlife scene.

Our Favorite Stops

One stop we always look forward to is Seed & Bean Market. After participating in multiple Pub Crawls, they know how to create a memorable experience. This year, they served a Key Lime Pie Shot topped with homemade whipped cream. It was paired with turkey burger sliders finished with bacon jam. The combination of sweet and savory stood out as a favorite.

Rusty’s Raw Bar & Grill also delivered a strong experience. Their Firecracker Lemonade was refreshing and perfect for a warm Florida evening. It featured Western Son Strawberry Vodka, agave lemonade, Sprite, and fresh strawberries. It was paired with warm pretzel bites and beer cheese. They also served nostalgic adult Capri Sun-style pouches that quickly became a crowd favorite.

If there was a Best Vibe award, Cruisers would take it. The rain had just passed, and the skies cleared just in time. Guests gathered on the outdoor patio as the sun began to set. The space felt relaxed and inviting, almost like a hidden oasis in South Cape.

Dixie Roadhouse added a fun twist with line dancing. An instructor guided guests through the steps, making it easy to join in. No one worried about getting it perfect. Instead, everyone laughed, learned together, and enjoyed the moment.

Tiki Hut Bar & Grill kept the energy going with live music. It gave guests a lively place to pause, enjoy the atmosphere, and continue the Pub Crawl experience.

More Than Food and Drinks

One of the best parts of the evening had nothing to do with the menu.

Throughout the night, familiar faces appeared at nearly every stop. Friends, local business owners, and former coworkers from the Southwest Florida restaurant scene all showed up. It felt like a community reunion spread across South Cape.

The event passport added another layer of engagement. Guests collected stamps at each stop before moving on. By the end of the night, the passport became more than a souvenir. It allowed attendees to vote for their favorite appetizer, drink, and overall experience. This helped highlight the businesses that went above and beyond during the Pub Crawl.
