We also tried the café’s mini quiches. One featured diced tomatoes, onions, and feta, while the other was seasoned with rosemary. Both were creamy, flavorful, and baked in a light, flaky crust.

I have a soft spot for mini quiches, and this one absolutely delivered. It’s the perfect addition to your breakfast or a lighter bite on its own.
