Owned and operated by Rachel, originally from Long Island, New York, and Lucas Oest of Peoria, Illinois, Empire Bagel Factory brings together classic New York–style. Our bagels are crafted with care, made fresh daily, and known for their authentic texture, flavor, and consistency—crispy on the outside, perfectly chewy on the inside.
